The Beaverton Community Band, a proponent for diversity and inclusion, seeks an experienced marketing and communications volunteer interested and qualified in supporting a nonprofit organization founded in 1979 and providing Inspiring Music for all Ages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Must have experience creating public promotional material in print and electronic media

·         Possesses a background in Marketing/Promotion of a product or service.

·         Conversant with digital and social media channels as means for advertising and promotion.

·         Experience with Microsoft or Adobe applications

DESIRED:

·         Experience in Grants and their application process

·         Someone that has experience with Arts/Culture nonprofits, brings a fresh view to the challenge, looks to have fun while addressing our needs in these area’s.

·         Experience in a Arts performance group.
